Fitzgerald signed with Auburn to play football but blew his knee out, the line coach played at Carson Newman and the offensive co-ord. played at MTSU. That can only help prepare him for college.

you cant teach smart? OWH must be a teacher in the public school system. And people say the American education system has issues.

I think he was saying he has the intangibles of an OL. You can teach the intangibles of football.

Haven't been by here since the subpoena storm.

Didn't know chain yanking privileges were a part of the modhood package..

It would be nice for Revis to work out. But then, Cam Mayo was about the same size, and his knees just weren't up to the task.

Freak said that I had full rights to abuse you all I wanted. I have to leave everyone else alone, but you're fair game.

I saw Mayo in high school and he didn't really impress me. I saw him pushed around by some smaller guys. Revis is suppose to play a little mean and Mayo didn't.

playing mean is key to any position on the line, so it great to hear that he has that streak

I talked with a UTC coach and he said Revis is at most a scout team guy and wouldnt waste a scholly on him, hopefully thats why UTC finished with 1 W. >.<

He would be a scout teamer at UTC? LOL
Watch his video, if he's a scout teamer at UTC than they should be winning championships.

Revis looks like a 10 year old, but he has a mean streak on the field. He just bullies people in his video. Blocks till the end of the play at all times.

Yes, he looked very solid when i saw him in early September, i think the UTC staff was just orange grove bound.

I am from Dayton and have watched him play the past 2 years. He had a short season this year because he dislocated his elbow early in the year. This kid can flat out play. For his size he comes off the line a hell of a lot faster than his forty times show. Also has a great work ethic on the field. During the summer I was working night shift and got off at 7 in the morn. I went to the local gym to hit the weights after work and he was there a whole lot. And that is on top of the daily workout the team does in the weight room and conditioning.

Also as a note he is very underestimated as a D-lineman as well. During the Maryville game in the playoffs I swear he was in there backfield more than there QB.

I played for Fitzgerald and he does not give out false praise. If he touts a kid like this believe it. From what I have seen with my own eyes expect him to play at Tennessee and not ride the pine. He absolutley has a mean streak and good intensity from the first play of the game to the last even when the game is against them. He has heart for sure. Added in with good lineman speed and a good work ethic I wouldnot be surprised to see him get some backup time next year.

Gotta get players with a mean streak. Of course, ability is important, but I love watching the players who go all out and then some.
