I completely agree. I can remember someone on hear saying that Hamilton was down to Sumlin and Dooley, they both were interviewed, as well as Kippy Brown, and Hamilton hired Dooley. He hired him on the premise that Will Muschamp recommended him (after he turned us down of course),and because he was extremely "organized". Barf!
I disagree. Seems like a good point, to me. I remember Sumlin's name being thrown around when we hired Dooley. Did he turn us down, or was he never offered?
I would have to agree with this. He has come into a new school, in their first year, in a conference that they should not be able to compete in looking at their record over the past year, and has done an above expectation type of job. Think about the job he could have done with the roster Dooley has this year, especially on the O.
Dooley does not teach ,if a kid is average when they arrive .There is a great possibility they will be average when they leave. They damned sure are not going to learn much from dufas and Sal.
