How do you figure ? Look at the totality of UT sports under his leadership. We have been solid in just about everything. I don't love the hire honestly but at the same time every coach starts somewhere and she has been dominate at every level. To me it deserves a wait and see approach

Please take off your homer glasses. The Georgia AD has presided over 2 National championships in football. The Alabama AD has presided over multiple NC's in several sports. How many NC's has DW presided over?UMMM 0. Again has he done a good job so far? Yes without a doubt. Would I like him to continue to to be successful? Yes without a doubt. But to crown him the best AD in all of the NCAA is simply wrong and a gross overstatement. There are currently other more long term more successful AD's out there whether you choose to believe it or not.

She's not a "hot commodity." Silly. So hot that Kentucky hired her--oh, wait. Or Virginia Tech? Nope. How many other coaches have been
hired in recent weeks. More than a few, I'm sure. Major programs weren't beating down her door. Would they be in three/four years if she kept
winning the Sun Belt conference? No, but some bigger mid-major or less major would probably hire her.

Why would she get involved with them if DW is seriously vetting her, while pinging financially strong donors on their preferences on his candidate list? Phones have been busy I bet.
