Knoxville Restaurants

When Blackhorse opens, try them...They have great beer and food, at their restrauant in Clarksville

Nobody likes The Smokey Mountain Brewery/Calhouns beers?

I'm more of a liquor guy to be honest but I love some Black Bear Ale.

If Littons was in any other community in Knoxville, it wouldn't have the same reputation as a great place to eat. Fountain City is a nice, but very bizarre community. People are raised there and never leave. They think Fountain City has the best of everything.

Littons isn't bad, but they have nothing that's worth a special trip.

The Creamery Grille is FC is very solid. they have a stellar brunch

I have never considered how good a restaurant is based on their beer selection. I have always considered a restaurant a place to eat and a bar a place to drink. Must be an age thing.

DGB. Downtown Grill and Brewery. It's a bar with food, imo.

The food is good fm for the price. The specials are usually very good. The beer is drinkable and not the worst but I would say its average. It's about as cheap as it gets for happy hour. You can get a decent meal and two 20 oz beers for under 20 bucks.

Just curious, what places not including national chains do you think the food is better than meh? Cause I think the beer there is meh

In Knoxville? I really like Chesapeake's. I really like the Cumberland Grill when they're on their game.

Connors. Chop House.

I don't like Calhoun's.

Never been to Ye Olde Steakhouse. A mistake I need to correct.

Ye Olde is way overpriced and just average IMO. You might want to try The Bistro at the Bijou downtown. Also Sapphire has gone thru a change and the new kitchen is really good. One of the best burgers in town
