Leaving dbs that look half his size in the dust. Shoot. TE room is going to be stacked for years to come between the three we’ve got now, this young man and Van Dorselaer, and Carson Sneed plus probably another ‘26. Hopefully we land the kid who was briefly at Sanders’ school. Him and Sneed together might be one of the best tight end classes ever.No doubt! Very surprised with his moves and speed at that size, very impressed.
I loved Payton, Venus, Tillman and Jaylin Hyatt.
But this offense is much more consistent when we run 12 personnel. Not nearly as many 3 and outs when we’re running with TE lead block and setting the edge in the pass game.
It’s been like that all season.
Staes, Bama Transfer (sorry crhn), and Davis have been clutch this season.
Now we add a guy like Brame with Davis year 3 and Staes year 3. Man.
He looked good on that inside screen.Agree. And given how much we ran 12 personnel Saturday (even before Nico left the game), I’m guessing the staff agrees.
Really wish Ethan Davis would learn to block though. He could be a weapon.
I made a post after UK that 12 should be our base moving…looks like they listened to me …He looked good on that inside screen.
He played mostly a flex TE and Collin’s Hill GA.
Basically a WR. Like Brame except Brame plays all over the field but not a true blocker yet either.
Davis looks ready to be a complete guy. Hasn’t needed to be this season.
I’m still blown away by Kitselman’s production this season. I expected Staes to be the dude, Davis to start breaking out, and Kitselman to be a depth piece who rarely played. Lo an behold, he’s one of the best TE’s in the conference (the other two have been solid as well).I loved Payton, Venus, Tillman and Jaylin Hyatt.
