Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

Yeah, I’m the one told you that, strawman.

It’s not evidence that he’s a rapist.

Sure. It also doesn’t support the claim that he’s not a rapist. It just shows that the woman involved declined to press forward.

Surely we can both agree numerous women are rapped every year who do not want to press charges or testify?

These people's actions are insane & should be arrested & locked up for being just that.
Just how does this particular Rittenhouse trial have an effect on their daily lives from here?

Both sides have their fair share of attention-seeking loons. The media (right and left) are the only ones who win when people make the mistake of equating all the people on one side with these singular "look at me! look at me!" nutjobs who just want to get some attention .

Just how much dumber does one need to be to show you're in favor for the lunatics ....

He's arguing that people should be vigilantes to stop a person he's accusing of being a vigilante. Being a vigilante makes you a hero (per the prosecutor) but it also makes you someone who has no self defense rights.

Which outcome is more likely to result in violent protests: Rittenhouse innocent or guilty?

Excellent question for the “both sides are guilty” crowd.
The group in power never riots. It is always those that feel powerless that riot.
what group is in power here? better yet, what are the groups we are talking about?

Oh buddy. Unlikely to get a response to this one.

The president referred to the person on trial as a "white supremacist", the media outlets by and large have been gracious toward rioters.

I'll admit, I'm confused as to who wields power here. It would appear to me a very solid case could be made the power is with the protesters here.

I think this is more a case of "the squeaky wheel gets the grease". A group or segment of the country has found if they shout and threaten loud enough they're more likely to get what they want.

The longer this goes on, the more I see "hung jury." If we don't get a decision today then I think that's where we're headed

I won’t be remotely surprised if this ultimately ends up in a dismal with prejudice due to prosecutorial misconduct.

Honestly, I think there are about 4 people on each side who will do much of anything. And if anything does develop it will solely be because the media will have set up posts to catch the action.
