Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

There is really only 1 question in this case...Did Kyle provoke the actions of any of the 3 he shot? Wisconsin law is clear on self defense claim...targeted doesn't have to try and flee or remove themselves and can use lethal force IF they fear that they are in danger of being killed OR suffering great bodily harm...to me all 3 meet the criteria...even if Gaige and Huber thought they were stopping an active shooter...it does not restrict Kyle's right to defend himself 20211117_214116.jpg20211117_214144.jpg

Maserati Mike is an idiot. Police appear to be handling the scene. No need for him to be there. Now he's put a huge target on his back, he better hope that car was rented. Easy to find otherwise.

Haha. That was my first car. bought it for 700 bucks, I can't remember how much snow I shoveled and lawns I mowed to pay for my vette.
I remember the Chevette and the Escort....guess that was Detroit's answer to Japan's smaller better gas mileage cars..as many as they made...I haven't seen either in forever...the only American car I owned growing up was my first a Chevy Monza that dad helped me pick out...it was a good one but then the Asian bug bit me and my cars all thru the teens and twenties were foreign...200SX then a 280Z...Subaru XT..Subaru Legacy GT

He can just park it behind the hill that black 'white supremacists' were using as cover to shoot at Cori Bush. They won't know it's there.

No it doesn’t “just” show that. Oversimplifying things to fit your predetermined opinions is just your thing, isn’t it?

You realize she can’t just decline to prosecute, right? Victims aren’t entitled to drop cases because they feel like it. It’s always annoying to have DV victims who show up and try to do that. The prosecutor’s first obligation is supposed to be to the community. They can subpoena her and use other forms of leverage to get her to court. They often will if there is a credible prior statement and good evidence that corroborates the events described in the prior statement. At the very least, they maintain the charge and use threat of trial with her as an uncooperative witness as leverage against him.

So if this sentence isn’t a result of what actually happened, it’s the result of the prosecutor trying to leverage the available evidence of rape against a defendant that’s stuck in jail into the toughest sentence he can get and the best he could do was… “go home today?”

Must have been a slam dunk case.
Are you insane? People decline to prosecute all the time in domestic cases, robberies, rapes etc. this isn’t some new thing

It's pretty pathetic that this is the case that would cause anybody to think think our judicial system is becoming draconian. As far as injustices go, this is a nothing burger. He shot people and we had a trial to see if he was justified. Big fkn deal. God, do you guys even know what happens every day in the CJS? Innocent people go to prison all the time. We make criminals out of thin air by limiting basic freedoms. But bc Rittenhouse shot people and had to face a trial, we have a banana republic all of a sudden. You can't make this **** up.

I disagree that I carte blanche lied and changed your position. If it were then this post from you "But on January 6th it was a few patriots out for a tour and stroll about the Capitol Building" is doing the same since no one has made that claim. Seems that fits the complaint you have against me that merited a "zero ethics" charge.

Did you or did you not misrepresent what I said?

The fact you fail to even acknowledge that now, when confronted shows you lack any sort of character. You could have given a quick, “my bad, it was unintentional” but you doubled down on the dishonesty.

my comment regarding Jan 6th was not directed at any specific person, but rather the overall tendency to minimize the actions of people with whom sympathy is shared. And there have been posters on this board describe the event as just walking around the Capitol

Please come riot in rural areas. Please.

We will even open the doors for you like the capital police.
As much as I agree with you because that’s the fastest way to end all this, I know what that means. No sane man “wants” to hurt/kill anyone. But come out to where the men and women live that like to sit in tree stands for hours just waiting for something to move wouldn’t be a good idea and they know that. They’ll stick to blue cities where they can get away with it. It’s a shame to watch on tv but this is the lefts world right now. Take a good look lefties, and stop wondering why the right opposes your every thought.

So, the people on Jan 6th were actual criminals who were too stupid they were being used? If so, who was using them?
They played right into the hands of people who ordered the guards to open the doors and move the barriers.
And yes a large part of the fools just walked around inside the velvet ropes on tour. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle. This whole Jan 6th thing was mild compared to the violence everywhere else in the country. Calling it an attempt to overthrow the government is just ****ing stupid.

I'd say they played right into the hands of Trump who ginned them up with his bs stop the steal crap.

Exactly, only stupid people call it an insurrection. Someday this country may very well see a real insurrection, and it won't be a bunch of people milling about the Capital with signs, flags, and taking selfies........then leaving peacefully.

If that had been a real insurrection with angry people that were armed, they could have wiped out half of Congress that day. It was a setup. Most of those people just wanted to be heard and outside of a handful of people they weren’t violent.

😂

It’s not typical teenage behavior to go to a riot armed. Or at least it wasn’t when I was a teenager or my kids were teenagers. I hope when mine were teenagers they had better sense than to put themselves in that position. His parents didn’t instill any common sense into him.
For real….

Gotta just admire a tweet that leaves out the part where the previous cell mates of the co-defendant are the ones he bragged to about setting his buddy up. When has he admitted that to the authorities on the case? No possible way that bragging was for jail clout.
Or leaving out that the DNA test done at the lab selected by the Jones legal team shows something like a 1 in 100 million chance of it being anyone other than Jones DNA.

Sounds like the BLM protests. A few bad actors ruined it for everyone.
