If the judge were willing to overrule the jury he'd have already closed the case with a directed verdict.

I am the one that brought it up. I think the judge doesn’t want to use a directed verdict and hopes the jury will acquitted him based on the evidence. I also think if the jury deadlocks or votes to convict that he will then use a directed verdict based on evidence and prosecutorial misconduct. Just my opinion but we will see shortly.

Left point of view-Because the white people that were shot were at BLM “peaceful protest” when they were singled out for doing nothing wrong and gunned down in cold blood by Rittenhouse.
