The reason I’m not a cop is because I personally can’t deal with the political BS racists (you and your kind) have brought into the mix. When a cop can’t do his/her job based on the color of a persons skin, it’s troubling. I found it very “racists” to tell me I could essentially body slam any white man or woman if I needed to but I could NOT body slam a black man or woman in the exact situation. I find it racists when I’m told to give warnings for speeding through school zones to the black community but give tickets to the white/Hispanic.

Given the fact that the driver turned the vehicle so he could drive down the middle of the street, I think it's more than fair to assume this was an intentional act (not a medical emergency).
