It is possible but not equal to the threat of a gun. In that instance, the second victim was trying to grab the gun after shots had already been fired. I don’t think his actions exactly equate to imminent threat.
You should never be granted a gun license if your threshold is as sensitive as you describe.This is what makes progressives so unrealistic and can’t be trusted to hold all rights enforceable . If you have a firearm , are on your back in the street and someone is hitting you with the blade side of a skateboard around your neck/ head area and you don’t use that weapon to defend yourself .. your an idiot . I don’t know of a single person that wouldn’t .

Sheesh idk. The case can be made that they were trying protect others by removing an imminent threat from the street.The kids tolerance level seemed a lot higher than any of the three that got shot . Who needed to work on tolerance, the three chasing the kid trying to run away from them until he was corned ? Lol
