A black guy walks through a proud boy rally wearing blm apparel sporting a firearm. Several in the crowd see him and start chasing him down the street with various blunt force trauma weapons. The black dude runs away as many in the crowd yell "get him". A couple of proud boys catch him and attempt to beat him with various objects. One even pulls his own firearm and points his weapon at the black man. He quickly raises his firearm and shoots in an attempt to save his own life.

I'm sure @BayVol7 would be 100% on board for a charge and conviction of the black man for murder.

IMO, Rittenhouse would have had to be beaten an inch away from death by the skateboard for the gun usage to be justified. The threat of a skateboard is not enough.

It is possible but not equal to the threat of a gun. In that instance, the second victim was trying to grab the gun after shots had already been fired. I don’t think his actions exactly equate to imminent threat.

If he grabbed the gun away it’s likely he would’ve used it on Rittenhouse

Honestly I see nothing "woke" in this release. I see a company stating they do not celebrate the loss of life, and do not wish to be attached to Kyle or the events that took place. This is a very well constructed release in fact.

All they needed was the disclaimer they already had in the memo .. “They aren’t associated with that case in anyway” . The rest was them injects their thoughts about how they didn’t think they should be celebrating an innocent man being set free from jail and not facing murder charges . It was disheartening to them . That’s a company telling people what they should do with their product after a sell is it not ? KR and his supports have everything to celebrate as far as not being on trial for political reasons and rave baiting . When’s the last time you saw Budweiser tell its customers they are disheartened at them using the beer to celebrate anything ? That’s two examples of complained I’ve given you so far .
