No you said their actions didn’t warrant what he did , I mean that’s cute and all but the law in every states says your statement is incorrect if you feel like you are in danger of someone committing grievous bodily harm or trying to kill you . Even the great progressive utopia of California allows for this . You would literally have to be KR and tell us you didn’t fear for your life as you were running away from them in order for that law not to apply. I mean that’s what the entire trial was about , how do you not know this ?

I would be more than happy to see this proof because if you want to know the truth, every single time a race card has been pulled, it’s been BS. Like the kid that called his mom while being chased by police and telling her he’s being pulled over because they don’t like my air freshener when in reality, he had a felony warrant. Or Micael Bennet waiting until the cops show up to come out of his hiding spot and start running FROM the police in an “active shooter” situation. Or how about the guy that doesn’t comply and keeps walking to car only to pull a knife? The most “innocent” case I’ve seen is Brianna Taylor. But even then momma always said “if you hang out around chit long enough, you’re bound to get some on ya”.

It was 3 adults vs 1 minor, his attackers had at least two weapons. He retreated, was chased, and was struck BEFORE he shot.

Have you ever been in a fight? Or physically threatened? You dont have to be an inch from death to defend yourself.

This was about as clear cut defense as it gets.

It's a shame, too. People are allowed to have opinions. Even bad opinions like Bayvol's should have at least a modicum of objectivity as a foundation. His standard in this case doesn't really wash in other situations where deadly force is used and condoned.
And in this case, we have an attacker who used a blunt instrument (skateboard) and grabbed for his rifle. We have another who grabbed for his rifle. And a third man who pointed a pistol at KR and was shot and wounded. The force used seemed appropriate to me and the jurors in this case.
