Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

If he had any training he would have never been in that situation. He’s a punk kid that had zero business being there but that doesn’t mean he’s a murderer. He’s just a kid that has dirtbag parents.

What - people with training don't find themselves in defensive situations? The kid did what adults should been doing during the lawlessness of the past several years. You're overstating.

I'm ok with a pedo getting killed. But that's not the point.
What is then? Said pedo was clearly the aggressor and he had previously stated he would kill KR. Well.... the opportunity arose. Problem is that he was all mouth and no brain.

What, you never dry fired a weapon? You can't do it without your finger on the trigger. There is no caption with the photo so who knows what is going on here?

Yes, common sense should probably tell you not to put your finger on the trigger inside of a building with other people present, no matter how sure you are that the gun isn’t loaded. Almost as if we recently had an example of why not to do that as well….

Regardless of if you think Kyle should’ve been there or not or if he’s guilty or not, this prosecutor has screwed the pooch so much I wouldn’t let him defend me for a minor traffic violation. No idea where they found this guy, but seemingly both sides seem to agree he is awful.

Please. The little **** should have been at home minding his own business not playing Rambo.

Still not guilty though.

you must have gotten your firearm training from alec baldwin
I'll ask again. Have you ever dry fired a weapon? Did you know it can be done safely? And again there is no caption under the photo we don't know what is happening. I got my initial training was from my dad when I was about 8 or 9 hears old. Later I got some training with the M14, M16, Colt 1911 and M60. Guess what? We actually dry fired them.

Am I hearing correctly that the prosecutor picked up an AR15 and waived it around the courtroom with his finger on the trigger?

EDIT - found this picture. Has this man never taken a basic firearm safety course? This is a major no no.

I beg to differ. You are just wrong. A weapon can be safely dry fired inside a building and in the presence of others. And we still don't know what the photo is about.

Drew is on Pool in just a few minutes for anyone interested and if you don’t understand what I just said, ignore it. 😂

Get your ****ing finger off the trigger.
I was on a jury once that the lawyer was trying to prove that his client didn't detonate a black powder bomb because he owned a black powder pistol. He pulled one out of a paper bag and was waving it all over the place like a madman and the judge went ballistic. The lawyer was lucky he didn't end up in jail.

Well, I hope you announce your intentions if you choose to ignore basic fire arm safety so everyone else can get away from you.

Well to get technical about it...

10 U.S. Code § 246

(a)
The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b)The classes of the militia are—
(1)
the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and

the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

Warms my cartridges to not be the one having to explain this for a change.
