Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

Am I hearing correctly that the prosecutor picked up an AR15 and waived it around the courtroom with his finger on the trigger?

EDIT - found this picture. Has this man never taken a basic firearm safety course? This is a major no no.

Besides, Binger's carbine form is atrocious....those flared elbows...egads!

No, absolutely not.

I notice that all the people saying KR shouldn't have been there never say that about the people he scuffled with.

It's interesting that the prosecution's argument is that KR started this by showing up armed but if we are looking at root causes I'd argue that the armed protestors doing property damage are the root cause.

That said, it doesn't matter what set things in motion. It's about the various actions of the people once the altercation began.

False. The criminality is the totality of the actions of Rittenhouse. He didn't go outside to get the mail and find himself in a them or me situation. He went looking to create a them or me situation.

Lololol
You have any proof of that?
Nope, just wishful thinking to fit your narrative

You are attributing a motive to him that has not been established then using that motive to say he is the one that created a crime.

What of the motives of the people that attacked him? That's all excusable because you believe you can read his mind?

The big give away is that you've deemed him guilty despite the evidence.

None of the people he shot went outside to get the mail and found themselves being gunned down. They purposely involved themselves in a dangerous situation AND tried to take a gun away from someone while either threatening to kill said person or physically assaulting them but yeah, they didn't involve themselves in any criminality.

So what do you suppose we do? Just let them keep destroying whatever they wish or match their intensity against them? That’s really the only two choices and you gotta pick one because cops are either understaffed, outnumbered or defunded. Let’s hear your solution.

Anyone paying attention has already moved to the suburbs and country. Let Darwin’s law run it’s course until all the business, people, and economy move out.

Except there was no criminality. He’s free to go wherever the hell he wants and legally posses a firearm while he does it.

It’s called the “totality of circumstances” and the circumstances were hundreds of BLM protesters destroying another city and he showed up with a medi-pack and AR-15. If you wanted to help in that situation, would YOU show up unarmed? Hell no. So don’t play like the AR-15 was only brought to start chit. You can’t say that about someone armed that still tried to retreat. I think his actions that night were of someone that didn’t “want” to hurt anyone. I think the evidence shows he only wanted to help. And that he did.

Too many innocent lives lost that way. Too many innocent people losing their livelihood in the process. Too much money in damages. Someone needs to oppose BLM. Otherwise they will continue to run rampant. They want lawlessness? I say we give it to them. Only they won’t like what true lawlessness looks like and neither will we.

Fair enough.
