I know the meaning of the phrase, but obviously you don’t. The fact that we had several meetings with him, and he ended up not signing on early signing day doesn’t necessarily mean that UT is the reason he didn’t sign somewhere. He is speaking to numerous schools and has multiple campus visits scheduled in January.

No you don’t. But it’s cute that you think you do. Believe what you want. I never said that TN was THE reason he didn’t sign. I do think it’s one of the main reasons because of the timing. But again, believe as you want.

We will start with five-star defensive lineman Dominick McKinley, who is also in Orlando just like the Vols playing in the Under Armour All-American game. He is the only high school prospect left on Tennessee’s board and he is set to visit officially on January 20th. This one is shaping up for a lot of twists and turns in January with him basically being the only big-time kid left unsigned.

Agreed…when you include transfers this class has impact and depth at every position except interior DL…i think it has solid depth there but I’m not sure anyone is unquestionably an impact player…this guy would change that which takes it (as you said) from solid to elite
