Kid makes it to campus we have a chance. Miss this one, and two DL (Hall/Utley) from TN in 25 become absolute must haves.

This has been a weird recruitment with LSU. He’s a home state kid and yet has never shown them much interest through the process until now. I don’t think he even visited them before committing to ATM. That doesn’t happen much with highly rated players in Louisiana. Maybe it’s a Brian Kelly thing and he’ll end up there after all, but it’s rare that LSU isn’t all over a 5 star that lives in the Boot from the jump.

I think regardless those two are a must have. You approach it that way regardless until you’re out of that race.

AP finally figuring it out. Let everyone down easy now, and if he decides to come here everyone will be estatic, and never remember what he predicted. Predict him to the vols now, and when he chooses LSU, it'll be a complete meltdown, AP doesn't know anything Yada Yada...but I think he knows we ain't getting him.

If we land him: “great pickup by the staff, Garner baby, he as #1 on our board.” No mention of him going in the portal.

If we don’t land him: “Kelly is a fraud and scumbag. We really didn’t want him that much. He is more of a me first player and you don’t want that in your program. Good luck and see you in the portal in two years.”
