Okay. Then you don’t believe Welton or Gillespie. Although, to be fair, Welton had put out false info before. Not sure what he’d stand to gain by putting it out here.

I’m just telling you what I know. I have no reason to come over here and blow smoke. Ask anyone who knew me on the InsideTennessee board and they’ll tell you I’m credible and they probably know where my info is coming from and that he’s credible too.

Or don’t. You don’t know me, so I get it. Be well.

In my eyes, if this kid comes to UT, I'm still going after the Williams kid from Miami. His tape is phenomenal. Going against fast teams in Florida, and he’s going by those kids like they are standing still, and at 5’11” 210.

Emery is a great back as well. Be nice if we took both and had a 1-2 combo

This was my assumption as well. Wasn’t anything personal, just a completely new direction and cohesion within the entire staff. Probably best for a guy who had never been a HC at any level before.
