Lady Vols finish off CCU with a 25-18 4th Set. CCU is not overly impressive physically or athletically, but they are fundamentally very proficient. They cover spaces and dig every attack. They block effectively and play with a lot of poise. The two will play a second match tomorrow at 1:00.

I didn’t get to watch the first two matches of the weekend, but against Wofford it seemed like we went a lot deeper into our bench than normal. I’ll take an early hard fought road L if it helps to build depth and figure out who can step up in big moments to contribute later on.
