Never even thought about the NIL piece and that could explain things for sure. I feel like we have talent and the current staff has been able to lock down recruits so not all is doom and gloom. I just struggle to think things will magically improve without some drastic moves. It’s hard to say what is working within the confines or Regal, but I watch many of the games and see no energy from the staff. Those halftime interviews with JK show me zero energy or enthusiasm. I know he isn’t that old, but every one of those interviews feels like someone’s grand dad just wandered onto the pitch

With 21 million dollars to go around possibly starting in 2025 per power 5 confidence schools. Each University going to have to prioritize where they want to compete most. Ad where to spend what left. With private NIL deals picking up the difference if the new restrictions on defined group of third party boosters and the deals they strike with college athletes. Does not get in the way.
But yes if you can't get the NIL support for a certain sport at a University then it's going to be up to the coach to draw in the players.
With their coaching.

Has he improved any from year 1 to now question for all who followed soccer closely.
I will the defer to the ones that watch more often.

most of the time new football coaches get four or five years.
If his rcuiting classes are improving.
Then I would give him those 5 years.
After all he a new head college Coach.
Mad wasn't he the defensive coach under the last head coach .
He needs time to get better coaching offense.
Or do you think @MAD he needs more help on offense by hiring someone.
Or does Tennessee have a good assistant offense coach.

I personally think they have a solid staff. This is year 3 and we are starting to see Kirts vision for this team. I believe it’s coming together.

11 ranking looking at quick look.
Number 1 in the SEC
Is big improvement from a third year coaching head coach.
He deserves a couple of years to see what he can do with those recruits.
Didn't the last coach take twopretty freshman recruits to the sunshine state with him.

He took our 3 best players.

I decided to post on her haven't read others yet.
Becky has impressive pro career
She had few years of coaching before joining Kirt team
She youth coach who has work on offense.
Three Year's on rocky top
Maybe she help get #11 class

Speaking of the 11 class
I read it 10 were freshman eight were transfer portal four of them had two years left to play on rocky top.
18 new players out 31 would explain some growing pains this year.

I really like Becky. Head coaching gig seems really likely in her future.
