Come on Leach runners at 2nd and 3rd bring them in! Well jeez called strike 3. Great pitch barely caught the outside corner. Same pitch Seggern reached for and hit into left.

It'll be called a strike almost every time. It's outside when the catcher catches it but it comes across the outside corner of the front of the plate.
