We disagree. Just think it would look bad for the program.

I think it's long enough ago that people would believe that we're not trying to cheat. And we'd definitely have our compliance people keeping a close eye.

I understand that. It was a long time ago. However, in my mind, we have to get someone who has kept their nose clean. No baggage.

Larry Brown left Kansas on probation after the Danny and the Miracles season. He has a shady side to him and knows more train stops than a hobo.

I could see Mr. Brown on a boat hugged up to a purdy college girl. I'd take 'em but wow with all these names we keep throwing around, other people are just laughing at our message board right now lol

This would actually be good...... if one guy can help recruit thru things and turn us around while sanctions are in place its him. Let's open our pockets and take a chance...

Cant see this one happening. If UT gets major sanctions especially. Im sure Brown would wanna go to a situation where he could win and get in the NCAA tourney right away.

If we get major sanctions, we probably aren't in the market for a new coach, because that means we stuck with Bruce.

FT
in 1988. He also won a NC. His reputation and that of KS seem to have made it fine. What were you doing 23 years ago. My guess is that you were on a teet. Just saying it's a long time ago.

LB as HC and Danny Manning as Coach in waiting.
