Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

To expand the concern of civil unrest, an acquaintance who is very meek and timid is participating in a protest in Indiana. She told me today, she gotta take a stand.
I've never heard her ever mention political issues and I've known her 4 years.

I can see that. Let's keep in mind, Zep's link said 100s protest, some carrying weapons. Could have only been a few. But the media focused attention on those.
This issue is beyond the distraction of some folks carrying guns where they are legally allowed to by Michigan law. Oddly, there not allowed to carry signs inside the building.
Jacked up times we live in

So it was just a peaceful protest ? Come on , you can do it .. just nod your head yes lol
I'm glad it was. Could have easily spiraled out of control. Pissed Red Hats and trigger happy cops isn't a good combo. But I'll keep this convo in mind next time folks on here start complaining about muh libtards protesting something.

If it makes you feel better, I want libtards protesting with their constitutional right intact, too.

I can’t speak directly for the unions up there but I can say based on my 15 years in a Democratic Union , I’ll bet anything this is being talked about all though the local union halls . The one thing unions hate regardless of how you vote is someone telling them tjey can’t do something then forbidding them to do something . It’s just who they are. This is a bad time for her to be cracking down right before a presidential election .

I don’t ever have a problem with anyone protesting peaceful . No violence or blocking the roadways . It’s our right . So is having a firearm , both are equally important to protect .

Once in a lifetime photo op, though.

Maybe we will see how they react . I think we are getting close to a breaking point as to what people will stand , if the lawmakers crack down even harder it will just cause more people to get behind the protesters.

The protestors didn’t do anything wrong and the cops weren’t “trigger happy”. Lol quit with the anti gun fantasies. This is what normal Americans do. Exercise their 1st and 2nd Amendments

We are getting closer.

Some businesses are opening before "allowed" and simply ignoring fines, penalties, etc. Cant say I blame them.

SIAP....but if you go to Youtube and search for "Corona Derby 2020 Funniest Commentary," that is hilarious.
It has one word in it at the very end that makes NSFW (why I didn't post the link).

It’s already been posted in here once and it’s hilarious.
