More specifically... I disagree with your characterization of two polar opposites. Opening up doesn’t require dropping all precautions and by the same token, erring on the side of caution doesn’t have to mean locking the doors and holing up in the basement.Explain how two directly opposite responses aren't, by definition, mutually exclusive.
I don’t disagree but then you get crap like that lady, Harf, still pushing Russia lies. With the media’s and Dem’s constant lies, things taken out of context, and word twisting how do you know what to respond to and what to let go? I’m guessing rather than sort that out Trump decided to literally attack everything. That's fine but I just don't like it. At some point it is like the law of diminishing returns.
What dont you like?
We just received notice that the state of CA is mandating that insurers refund premium to policyholders for the months of March through May. The state is telling insurers they have to provide a report within 60 days on how they will comply but the state is providing no direction on how much needs to be refunded and who should be getting the refund. That sounds about right for government.

I could slightly understand waiting until June and evaluating loss ratios for the last 90 days vs the same period last year and asking for premium adjustments, but ridiculous to put that out there with no guidelines.
Per CNN:
In response to the shocking news that President Donald Trump is taking hydroxychloroquine in an attempt to ward off the coronavirus, CNN's Anderson Cooper asked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi what she made of that decision.
Here's what she said:
"As far as the President is concerned, he's our President and I would rather he not be taking something that has not been approved by the scientists, especially in his age group and in his, shall we say, weight group -- morbidly obese, they say. So, I think it's not a good idea." - House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi

LOL! We all know that Trump is vain and very sensitive to digs at his physical appearance. I doubt he is going to take kindly to being called "morbidly obese" by Nancy Pelosi. Once he gets wind of this, there should be a Category 5 Twitter storm on the way. It should be entertaining. Stay tuned!
I just got a check from the Farm Bureau refunding my March and April premiums for car insurance because they're "nice people" just doing what they can to help out since people are driving less. On the flip side I just got a bill for my homeowners insurance and they went up 50%.We just received notice that the state of CA is mandating that insurers refund premium to policyholders for the months of March through May.
