Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Explain how two directly opposite responses aren't, by definition, mutually exclusive.
More specifically... I disagree with your characterization of two polar opposites. Opening up doesn’t require dropping all precautions and by the same token, erring on the side of caution doesn’t have to mean locking the doors and holing up in the basement.

Obama played games with unemployment numbers.

The art of the whopper
There was also the change in what constituted a mass shooting. He lowered the requirements.

Also a bunch of the "green" data from that time got cooked well past medium, and was served up with ketchup. ORNL had a fit when that happened.

That's fine but I just don't like it. At some point it is like the law of diminishing returns.
I don’t disagree but then you get crap like that lady, Harf, still pushing Russia lies. With the media’s and Dem’s constant lies, things taken out of context, and word twisting how do you know what to respond to and what to let go? I’m guessing rather than sort that out Trump decided to literally attack everything.

What dont you like?
Traffic, people, lack of outdoor diversity (though significantly better than West Tennessee). I live here so I understand the sentiment.

Not to mention that as UT fans, East Tennessee will always hold a special place in our hearts

I noticed right off the bat that, if you're not from here or not a graduate of Gallatin HS you're an outsider and you're not getting into that "good 'ol boy cliche". That has changed some but not much. People are generally rude and as the population has grown it's gotten worse. The work ethic is bad to nonresistant.

The best thing about Middle Tennessee is that it’s not West Tennessee.

We just received notice that the state of CA is mandating that insurers refund premium to policyholders for the months of March through May. The state is telling insurers they have to provide a report within 60 days on how they will comply but the state is providing no direction on how much needs to be refunded and who should be getting the refund. That sounds about right for government.

Lol. What a bunch of BS.

I could slightly understand waiting until June and evaluating loss ratios for the last 90 days vs the same period last year and asking for premium adjustments, but ridiculous to put that out there with no guidelines.

Per CNN:

In response to the shocking news that President Donald Trump is taking hydroxychloroquine in an attempt to ward off the coronavirus, CNN's Anderson Cooper asked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi what she made of that decision.

Here's what she said:

"As far as the President is concerned, he's our President and I would rather he not be taking something that has not been approved by the scientists, especially in his age group and in his, shall we say, weight group -- morbidly obese, they say. So, I think it's not a good idea." - House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi

LOL! We all know that Trump is vain and very sensitive to digs at his physical appearance. I doubt he is going to take kindly to being called "morbidly obese" by Nancy Pelosi. Once he gets wind of this, there should be a Category 5 Twitter storm on the way. It should be entertaining. Stay tuned!

That is CA asking the rest of the US to subsidize 90 days of auto insurance for their residents.

You think he didn't know 5 minutes after she said it?

I just got a check from the Farm Bureau refunding my March and April premiums for car insurance because they're "nice people" just doing what they can to help out since people are driving less. On the flip side I just got a bill for my homeowners insurance and they went up 50%.

Sounds like Nancy is trying to make medical decisions for the President. I thought that we were only supposed to listen to doctors.
