You looked at the package and saw, 'desiccant', and thought "oh, dess I can!"Speak for yourself. I used to eat those crystal silica packets that come in various packages to keep it fresh. I always thought it was an extra bit of candy and it was delicious. That is, until the government stepped in and said they were “poisonous” and “do not eat”. At that point I wasn’t even upset about possibly being poisoned. I was appalled at the fact “big” government was telling me what to do.
No one has paid attention and now its too late, VHSL said its going to wait another 8 weeks to make a decision and is talking about moving fall sports to the spring in conjunction with spring sports. How Football kids play Baseball as well? 1/3 of the varsity does here, we have zero leadership in our state as Northam is more worried about proving he's not a racist than opening his state back up.time to recall that clown once and for all
and things are going to get desperate for many people real soon Think that extra $600 in unemployment benefits will last until the end of July? Think again. You have a greater chance of being struck by lightning twice while being gratified by a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader while talking on the phone to Jonah Hill than dying from Covid19, but by all means, lets keep the freak-out going so the economy can go down the tubes.
we only need to do that until NovemberYou have a greater chance of being struck by lightning twice while being gratified by a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader while talking on the phone to Jonah Hill than dying from Covid19, but by all means, lets keep the freak-out going so the economy can go down the tubes.
furthermore the shutdowns were to prevent the overrun of hospital beds. This never happened. My sister works in the upper echelons of Baptist Memorial here in Memphis and they were never overrun with COVID patients. The shutdowns were never intended to be something that happens until a cure is discovered.positive cases don't equal massive amounts of death either.. Our Level 1 trauma center services 55 counties in TN, KY, NC etc. and have had TWO deaths from COVID since all this began...
and your freedoms are no more important than his.
The difference is, the freedoms he is claiming dont directly impact you or anyone else. The freedoms you are claiming directly impact him and everyone else.
You are making an unequal argument here.
I would be curious to know how many people have had it and didn't know. Looking back in February my mom and I both had something similar to the symptoms our doctors called it the fake flu but it sounded a lot like covid.Knox county down to 0.65% CFR.
I think actual infections are easily 2 to 3 times greater than confirmed infections. I believe that is generally accepted. So perhaps a 0.2 to 0.3 percent mortality rate right now. Could be less, as some believe actuals are more than 2 to 3 times reported.
Currently 9 hospitalized which is the highest I have seen.

No I don't either. And I'm not going to jump in on the mask debate. But I'm tired of the holier than tho attitude from those who think everyone should wear one. Not just on here but in a lot of places. As adults we should make our own decisions on wearing one or not. Personally I believe they are more harm than goodI think 2 to 3 times is widely accepted as believable. I dont even think 5 times more is considered wildly unrealistic.
My wife and I went to the doctor for scheduled appointments last Wednesday. The last time we were there was in January, and I was back in there the end of February...I had two flu tests come back negative. The doctor here (in East TN) said she thought November and December were the months when it was worst...said she didn't have a reliable antibody test....but said she had looked back through the notes of all her patients/symptoms since November and was pretty sure my wife and I had it but couldn't prove it...I had a friend who had to be taken to Vanderbilt at the end of last summer, and he passed away from an unidentifiable respiratory illness.I would be curious to know how many people have had it and didn't know.
