The problem here is that we were both in state with D leadership and R leadership and the number of mask wearers didn’t seem to change . To be honest , I Believe saw less masks being worn in Dem ( governor controlled states ) and Ohio where the R governor calls for masks to be worn . Close call because Indiana is full of non fave mask wearers . Hell at 5 am this morning we were getting fuel and outside the business stood two cops ( one state , one country ) in a group of 6 people . Zero masks , zero social distancing . This was back here in Virginia . The store employee ( 1 of them ) had a mask the other didn’t not .

Sorry it is not a grown up act to refuse to wear a mask when you know not wearing one can cause you to infect another even if you are asymptomatic. I argue again that Trump followers follow his lead on this. Also people emphasizing their rights over their health (because they fail to accept this as real or dangerous) just aren’t going to social distance and they ain’t going to wear masks. They can’t be locked up

The real major issue continues to be no one knows what this monster is going to do next. Strokes and heart attacks are now being traced back as side effects , there is no guarantee a vaccine can even be developed, you stated you wouldn’t take it if is developed, so the is that element of it took, this whole had it and recovered some have created anti bodies some haven’t and within those that have there is inconsistency of the potency likelihood. After all these months the worlds best medical/scientific minds are still being defeated

I used to go to Japan 6 times a year. On Tokyo’s streets on any given day there were always 10% or so wearing a face mask - a courtesy to others to avoid infecting others with whatever their illness

I have spoken to several doctors about this. Do you know what’s worse then not wearing a mask? Wearing one improperly. Touching of the face, not washing hands correctly, and the false sense of security it provides people. You wearing a mask is more likely to get you sick. Thats my problem with the mask mandate. But of course, you will argue, that you and others wear them properly. But that’s not what studies have shown.
