Yeah, I'm not thinking CDC has that power. If it doesn't, she's unwise to suggest it.

"Under 42 Code of Federal Regulations parts 70 and 71, CDC is authorized to detain, medically examine, and release persons arriving into the United States and traveling between states who are suspected of carrying these communicable diseases."

We do not want some government research group to come out of this mess with any power to mandate something be done . That would be a very bad idea .

You can’t pick and choose what is safe based off a stance you agree on.... the democrats are literally ok with rioting, protesting, looting mask or no mask since they feel like the cause will help them in the election. They have shut down every funeral from sea to shining sea while holding multiple funerals holding thousands of attendees who most didn’t even know the person that had passed.... hypocrite much..... on top of that.... how many liberal media members have been preaching about people needing to wear a mask only to turn around and be caught taking them off right after they stop filming.
