Hamilton County (Chattanooga) and Rutherford County (Murfreesboro) both exceed the number of people in Norfolk County. Montgomery County is about 30,000 less. I stand corrected on the size of Montgomery.

1.7 million in the tidewater region, it's several cities within a stones throw of each other that all feed into the same hospital system

They’re people that work backwards and forwards from a positive case to attempt to pinpoint who you got it from and who you might have given it to. But if the majority of cases are coming from family members it doesn’t appear that open businesses are driving the bus.

I really wish a health department would have to balls to report active cases instead of total cases. I understand it’s about making scary number more bigger but active cases and active hospitalizations would tell us a lot more.

Spread it to who? Other people in their same demographic group which is at very low risk of getting anything other than a runny nose. If older, high risk people are frequenting bars where young people are they’re doing it knowing the risks.

FFS, let people live their lives and assume the risks living entails. If you’re scared, stay home, keep your doors locked, and bathe in Purell every couple of hours.

When I was young I loved tying one on at the bars and then going to a nursing home to socialize at 3am. That's probably what's happening now.
