Let me know - I got tested 9 days ago and still haven’t heard back. Called multiple times and they keep saying they are backed up.

Not really sure the point of getting tested if it is going to take almost two weeks to get results.

Well, given there are no sports now, I empathize that his livelihood has no meaningful solution. BUT, to play doctor and advocate against basically everything Fauci and the CDC recommend... it's just irresponsible. People will probably die because of Clay Travis' anti-science slant. Darwinian theory in action?

How are people going to die? Quit being over dramatic..... you should start questioning more things and quit believing everything you are told.

They don’t consider it a lie bc if you have ever tested positive for covid then they can label it a covid death.... they do get reimbursed at a much higher rate although an employee telling a patients family that is a stretch.... it could happen though bc employees that work in these facilities complain about the reasoning a lot.

Anyone that attends a covid party is a moron..... they rank right up there with the ones eating tide pods or fish bowl cleaner.....you can’t fix stupid..... that covid party story seems kind of sketchy but I can definitely see young people doing that.

I'm sure the hospital receiving the money is true, I just have a hard time believing they just offer that type of information like that. If they don't consider it a lie why even ask permission?

It all goes to personal responsibility..... that is where it begins and ends..... clay does not call it a hoax..... he just goes over stats..... I agree with him that it is overblown to a degree but I’m definitely not the biggest fan of us.....I’m more of the shut up and talk about sports kind of person.

So there were no new deaths overnight in NYC and over 100 in Nashville. Is it possible the virus is disappearing in NYC bc they hit their peak two months ago and have now built herd immunity, as opposed to places who “flattened the curve” who are now seeing record spikes?

I’m not saying the story is true but it’s possible....... they ask permission bc the death certificate can have the terminal reason or the positive covid test.... families can be difficult and they could have had issues before with assigning a patient a covid designation..... As for the talk about the money..... if it didn’t come from a high level administrator then it is absolutely possible.... staff is notorious for devaluing things they don’t necessarily agree with. In my position..... I had my staff do family meetings but I ended up handling them all myself bc my staff at the time kept saying things( although truthful) that does not need to be said...... I spent more time putting out fires then going to the actual meetings.

He would be better served if he told people to wear a mask and social distance and not try to minimize the virus with meaningless cherry picked stats if he was wanting to talk about sports.

What is the narrative Travis is selling? That CV19 is, essentially, no big deal... yes, people are becoming infected, but that it's no big deal and very few people die. Now if you can't connect the dots on how people are going to die because of this, well... [insert Darwinism].

That should be personal choice and personal responsibility as well.... I could easily live my life and never have to go within 6’ of anyone..... as for the stats..... I don’t trust any of the stats we are being presented.

It’s personal responsibility..... make the decision that is best for you and your family..... if I die bc of some idiot media personality than that is on me..... what about the lives being run ruined with some of the media’s fear porn..... it is costing people their livelihood.

No, dude, the pandemic is costing people their livelihood. When the pandemic is over, people can regain their livelihood. When people die during the pandemic, not so much.

Money comes and goes. Jobs and businesses come and go. People are more important than stuff. And that is what this all boils down to.
