Masks appear to be slowing Tennessee hospitalizations
This made me think the same thing. It touts the study showing larger urban areas had less new cases last month than more rural areas. It's attempting to link that to mask wearing while sort of admitting it could be other things. But it would make just as much sense to say the virus is spreading as expected from large urban areas and trickling into rural counties, so higher cases in smaller communities makes logical sense as the cases head downwards in more populated areas. The same way it initially spread from cities with large populations of Chinese, international airports that would service those travelling to and from China, and cities hosting conventions with attendants from China. The mask mandates appear to be too little too late, and in cases of much larger metro areas on the coasts, not terribly effective. The problem Sweden faces is even though they appear to be over it, the rest of the EU didn't take that path. So from a global economy perspective they're still screwed as their trading partners limp on.

I'm just as frustrated with the Rona-Bros who view him as the end all be all of Covid-19. If people will actually see him for what he is, he loses his control and power that this pandemic has seemed to bring him....and don't @ me because you won't change my mind.
Yeah, those are the same people who count EVERY case and always try to drown out positives with doom and gloom. They'll comment on this and say it's science and I'm just scared of the facts, really? Cause whos hiding under their bed

Did trump do that as a result of Chinese racism, internment camps, or human rights abuses? Has he spoken out about any of those things?

Are you stupid or do you just not follow the news? Have you not heard Trump talking about human rights abuses in Hong Kong? I don't know how you missed it but here's his executive order where he specifically mentions this:

In late May 2020, the National People’s Congress of China announced its intention to unilaterally and arbitrarily impose national security legislation on Hong Kong. This announcement was merely China’s latest salvo in a series of actions that have increasingly denied autonomy and freedoms that China promised to the people of Hong Kong under the 1984 Joint Declaration of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on the Question of Hong Kong (Joint Declaration). As a result, on May 27, 2020, the Secretary of State announced that the PRC had fundamentally undermined Hong Kong’s autonomy and certified and reported to the Congress, pursuant to sections 205 and 301 of the United States-Hong Kong Policy Act of 1992, as amended, respectively, that Hong Kong no longer warrants treatment under United States law in the same manner as United States laws were applied to Hong Kong before July 1, 1997. On May 29, 2020, I directed the heads of executive departments and agencies (agencies) to begin the process of eliminating policy exemptions under United States law that give Hong Kong differential treatment in relation to China.

China has since followed through on its threat to impose national security legislation on Hong Kong. Under this law, the people of Hong Kong may face life in prison for what China considers to be acts of secession or subversion of state power –- which may include acts like last year’s widespread anti-government protests. The right to trial by jury may be suspended. Proceedings may be conducted in secret. China has given itself broad power to initiate and control the prosecutions of the people of Hong Kong through the new Office for Safeguarding National Security. At the same time, the law allows foreigners to be expelled if China merely suspects them of violating the law, potentially making it harder for journalists, human rights organizations, and other outside groups to hold the PRC accountable for its treatment of the people of Hong Kong.

Above he very specifically mentions the human rights abuses that China is imposing on Hong Kong and he goes on to announce his sanctions.

I don't mean to specifically pick on you because there are many around here, but I'm getting sick and tired of people lying about Trump. You've got plenty to work with w/o lying about his record. He's been very outspoken about these abuses and the NBA has turned a blind eye to them.

You can get by with your BS about Trump in the MSM but not here on VN!

Probably got tired of having to respond to the question "why was X not wearing a mask when on their zoom call?" because the person asking the question is too dumb to realize that you can use a zoom virtual background, or blur your background to obfuscate your actual location.
