You can, according to ACIP, receive vaccine after the convalescent period (around 14 days) of infection. However, they do recommend waiting 90 days after receiving the monoclonal antibody therapy, which Trump received.

Spot on. I'm far from a Trump fan but I totally agree with him waiting. He has immunity for the time being and his dose better used elsewhere right now.
