California Reports Record COVID Cases And Deaths... Despite Strictest Lockdown | ZeroHedge

Other restrictions include a 10 p.m. curfew, bans on outdoor dining and religious gatherings, as well as school closures. Surveys in recent months have shown California’s restrictions are some of the strictest in the US.

Sadly, but perhaps predictably, the regulations do not appear to be working. State data show California is smashing its previous highs in both COVID-19 cases and deaths.

As a general rule employers can't fire you based upon a medical condition or medical history. I would think that'd apply to your vaccinations. I would think these laws would protect workers who decide not to get the C19 vax but of course ultimately this will be decided in our courts

Medical Condition Discrimination.

uh huh. I've had the 'rona for 5 days. Not anywhere near death. Can't smell anything though. But I get your panic. Things you don't understand tend to cause panic among the soy.
My 86-year-old grandmother-in-law with heart issues got it and felt bad for 2-3 weeks but she was fine. Same goes for my 65-year-old mother-in-law who is diabetic. My wife and I were closer to a week and a half before feeling normal again with a peak of about 48 hours. I have known 20-25 people that have gotten it, with about half being over 60 years old and only 1 had to go to the hospital and that was only for about a day. All recovered without any serious complications or problems.

He has had covid, recently, you buffoon. He shouldnt be using up something in scarce supply that is of no use to his body right now.

Talking out your ass as usual.

"...And even though the president tested positive for Covid-19 in October, Fauci said Tuesday that Trump should still be vaccinated because his current level of natural resistance to the virus remains unclear.

“If he were asking me, I would recommend that he do that, as well as Vice President Pence,” Fauci said of Trump."

Agree that Trump should eventually consider getting the vaccine due to likely decreasing immunity following natural infection after a few months but he should wait till at least 3 months after he got his monoclonal antibody therapy per the cdc.

So why is he waiting? Clearly not showing real leadership here. Trump says Covid isnt an issue, has natural immunity. And isnt getting the vaccine. That's internally consistent. Biden believes its the worst thing since ever, doesnt have natural immunity, and yet isnt getting the vaccine until a later date. Not internally consistent.

As usual you cant formulate your own thoughts. Let me repeat, the vaccine is in limited supply, you dont use it on people that have recently beat covid.

That you choose to remain ignorant is your problem.

Nope. Employers should have the right to hire/fire anyone they want for whatever reason they choose. If they want you to get a vaccine or dye your hair purple to stay employed I’m good with it. People have a choice in where they work.

I’m 1000% against the government forcing employers to make employees or anyone else not employed by the federal government to get a vaccine.
There are limits. I think you are just being argumentative.

Chaos aboard United flight as passenger with COVID dies while others desperately try to revive him: Airline claims he LIED at check-in when asked if he had any symptoms

Passengers who were onboard a United Airlines flight from Orlando to Los Angeles during which a man died from coronavirus have shared photographs that depict the utter chaos on board.

Panicked passengers sitting in various parts of the crowded cabin took photos as the drama unfolded before them which saw paramedics attempt to revive the passenger who was pronounced dead shortly after an emergency landing in New Orleans.

Medics who were allowed on board once the plane had landed attempted to save him while his wife revealed within earshot of other travelers that her husband had been showing symptoms of COVID-19 for the past week, having lost his sense of taste and smell.

In a terrifying ordeal for nearby passengers the man was seen on the plane shaking and sweating and having a hard time breathing even before the flight took off.

Once in the air, his condition deteriorated rapidly and the captain made the decision to perform an emergency landing in order for the man to receive medical attention.

Well our dumbazz daughter in law has it. She went to a wedding last weekend and so far she makes 9 people that caught it there. But the dumb thing is she knew (and son knew) people were starting to test positive, started getting the sniffles Wednesday but still came over to our house for dinner on Thursday. So now me and the wife are exposed.

Photons emphasized. No video? My take is this is BS.

Sorry. Hope you and your wife manage to dodge it. So many people willfully ignore symptoms or don’t pay attention to how their actions might affect others. I find it sad that we’ve morphed into such a selfish society.

I think that’s a big reason why this is spreading so rapidly. People assume that if they are only sneezing or have the sniffles that they either don’t have it, or that they aren’t contagious yet. Symptoms usually start off pretty mild.
