Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

For 40 years the federal government treated African Americans as lab mice. Lied to them over and over. All the way into the 70's. The CDC was involved. You think maybe that's why vaccination rates are lowest in this community.l? Maybe not so willing to trust? You think they are dumb? You are just ignorant of history and how it impacts the future.

And for 400 years before that they were slaves. Fortunately things have changed. Is it perfect? No, but that doesn't mean that the US government has been waiting almost 100 years to pull a "gotcha" trick on either the entire citizenry or exclusively the black population.

I guess during the civil rights era the US government forgot to hit the emergency button and release this nefarious poison then. Or maybe they weren't fully prepared then and needed to wait 50 years to partner with the communist government of China and release "hoax" of a virus to the entire world, all so nearly a year later they could release a vaccine meant to exclusively poison black Americans.

I guess Obama was elected so 12 years later the black population would be more vulnerable to being poisoned en masse. I guess Trump was elected so his successor would seem more trustworthy to the black population.

The "I can't trust the vaccine" crowd is on some Qanon level idiot juice. I understand it with @Rasputin_Vol since he supports any and every conspiracy theory there is. I thought you were smart enough to regognize ********, but you learn something new every day I guess. But what do I know, I'm using Microsoft products more than ever.

Have you adjusted your figures for the CDCs admission that only 6% have died from COVID?
You are falling for intentionally poorly explained information. On 6% of death certificates Covid was noted as the ONLY condition on the death certificate. More often then not multiple conditions are listed on a death certificate.

I have taken the vaccine. And I trust the vaccine. I also am smart enough to understand why hesitancy exists. Especially in a group like African Americans. I am sorry you are incapable of applying common sense and logic regarding prior actions having future consequences.

Why are you sorry? That kid has shown time after time that he doesn’t have the cognitive skills or common sense to apply basic critical thinking and get basic obvious results. That’s his own failing and it’s funny as hell to watch unfold.

Oh I get it. You yourself have taken the vaccine but don't have the stones to call out idiot conspiracies surrounding it. Instead of telling people the truth, you placate them, hold their hand, and tell them that what they believe is always right.

Or maybe not. You realize COVID has disproportionately affected minorities right? What better way to keep the good times rolling than saying the vaccine is going to poison them? I mean this is white supremacist prophecy fulfilled right? Instead of encouraging vaccination among minorities let's tell them that the vaccine is going to kill them so they ACTUALLY don't become immune to it, keep getting infected, and keep dying at disproportionate levels from COVID.

Not falling for anything. It’s a very important distinction to say one died specifically because of COVID as opposed to dying with it. It makes for faulty assumptions.

Say someone dies while testing positive for COVID. Now the faulty assumption could be that if they didn’t have COVID, they would have lived. That’s an unprovable statement. While I don’t have an issue with putting COVID on a death certificate, unless someone didn’t die specifically from COVID, it shouldn’t be listed as a COVID death.

Wrong. And I saw the thing about Cali. It's one county who screwed up and didn't follow state guidelines. It's about ten times more deadly then the flu for older people
When they correct numbers that 10x will go down, by a good bit i would guess. I feel confident in saying there are other reasons most of those who are older were affected had many more issues than Covid

No they didn't. It was called the drug war. They govt dumped drugs into the black communities in order to finance their off the books CIA and covert operations.

Oh, that isn't "conspiracy theory", that is fact.

You have a very poor spirit. You first came in here to laugh at Rahm for not getting the jab, then you went looking and scouring on any other info you could to ad hominem attack him and the best you could come up with was his girlfriend.

You are a sad individual.

POS

Thats funny. Because these racists are not only telling black folks not to take the vax, but they aren't willing to take it either.

Why are people acting like because Fauci was exposed in his emails as downplaying the Wuhan lab leak theory that this is "new information".

This is all a big joke. Reputable people have questioned this for over a year and was shutdown by the bureaucracy.

Now Fauci is saying over a year later we should explore all avenues. Shouldn't we have done this 15 months ago? Weren't people voices that were asking questions about this drowned out by social media? The guy is still, without any evidence, sticking by his story it jumped from a bat to a human. I guess he has to continue the narrative for selve preservation.

There is a report Fauci was advising Facebook on messaging. The guy is a fraud. And anyone that thinks all the evidence is still there for people to find is fooling themselves.

Only a fool wouldn’t consider the possibility. A new virus where the epicenter just happens to be in the very city where 1 of only 3 research facilities reside?

I have been vaccinated and personally don’t have any issues with it for me or my family.

However, to say people are “dumb” for not getting the vaccine is quite ignorant. Statistically speaking, people in the US under the age of 50 have a 91.7% chance of never getting Covid. They have a 99.7% chance of not being hospitalized with Covid. And they have a 99.9% chance of not dying from Covid.

And since there is uncertainty with the long term effects of BOTH natural infection and a vaccine developed with new technology and approved currently on for emergency use, it is certainly not “dumb” to chose one unknown over another.
I would say 91.7% they never get any meaningful symptoms. Not never get it, I think we are past that already.

Quick question:

Which group would you call dumb:

The African Americans who did not participate in the Tuskegee vaccination program

Or

The African Americans who did participate

Actually a few more questions:

If an African American told you that they weren't getting the vaccine, bc of what the US government did to African Americans during the Tuskegee vaccination experiment, would you call them dumb or understand their hesitancy?

And

If someone, non African American, said to you well if the government would do this to any people it makes me hesitant. Would you call them dumb as well?
I’ve noticed the vaccine commercials that are specifically targeting minorities make sure to note that having questions and being hesitant are perfectly normal and smart reactions. I member a few months ago when questioning the safety of the vaccine made you a mouth breathing trumptard conspiracist.
