I never said that , my point has been very simple this whole time . One study , the one you saddled up and rode to this point , isn’t and should be the reason a specific group of people aren’t getting the vaccine . I have given you multiple accounts in that link showing when no one group has the market cornered on being used as government Guinea pigs . You suggested other groups “haven’t been as horribly as the blacks have “. Did you read the article I posted ?
You're misrepresenting what I've stated.
It's never been about one "study", the Tuskegee study is simply the latest flavor since it lasted up until 1972 and the ones still fresh in their minds. I cited an article that laid out the many, many times the community has been used as a pin cushion - and that cumulatively, those experiences are what the black community points at when rationalizing their reluctance to trusting the government and related healthcare offerings.
You appear to be trying to desperately make this my argument, it's not. I'm simply pointing out what the black community is saying - your dismissive "toughen up" response is noted. No, I didn't read your article - because I don't dispute that other atrocity's have occurred. The fact that other subsets of a population have been punched in the mouth doesn't lesson the aversion another set may have to getting another shot to the grill.
