Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

The doctors who are claiming great success with ivermectin are not performing research. There is no repeatable methodology. There is no control group receiving all the same therapies but ivermectin. In short, we are relying on their anecdotal information.

The PRINCIPLE research stream in the UK is performing those tests using ivermectin, budesonide, and other therapeutics. If ivermectin proves in rigorous research to be what it claims, then sign me up.

Clinical trials are not infallible, but they do offer a significantly higher statistical power than multiple small scale anecdotal trials. Clinical trials, conducted correctly, generally give us better than 99% accuracy and a high level of confidence as well as a sizable paper trail should something happen long term.

The largest issue with ivermectin is the dosing. You cannot have a standardized dose; it is body mass dependent. Proper administration requires careful control to prevent no effect on the low side or poisoning on the overdose side. While it is considered safe for a pregnant or nursing mother to receive an mRNA vaccine, pregnant or nursing mothers may not take ivermectin due to a risk of toxicity for the baby both in utero and while breastfeeding.
Again I will ask you for long term safety data on the vaccines. Your complaint on dosage is somewhat milquetoast in that there are many many drugs/treatments that are body mass dependent. How about anesthesia for example? Those that aren't are usually somewhat benign I would think.

These "vaccines".... therapeutics are still under EUA. Do you seriously think pregnant women should be taking these things? Ivermectin is a known drug that has years of data and it is KNOWN that pregnant women shouldn't take it. So DON'T TAKE IT. There are other treatment methods.

I am in a control group for ChinaFlu vaccines. I had it. I am not getting vaccinated. If I get it again and die, chalk up a data point. If I don't, chalk up a data point. But stop telling me that these things are safe for everybody and that I should roll up my sleeve. No one knows the long term safety of these things. No one. Stop acting like they are completely safe.

That's really interesting. And it makes sense.
Doesn’t that literally just fly in the face of what you posted right before this one where you said all your medical associates said to get the vaccine? So how does that make sense to you?

Your welcome, I still have yet to find anyone who can explain the vaccine kept at -15* because it is so unstable will survive being injected into 98.6 body temp. It’s completely counterintuitive.
That is a really interesting point. I hadn't thought about that.

Big difference between MD/DOs and PhDs.

Big difference between PhDs and PhDs, too.

Dear unvaccinated. Please don’t clog up the hospitals. Covid is really no big deal, right?
It isn't. Sorry Chump, but I have insurance and like it or not, they have to take me in if I get sick, just like the illegal aliens that your party is so in love with. Pound sand.

Yes, they have to take you and treat you. While a real patient with serious medical needs waits…….and you think you have some sort of moral high ground?

Ivermectin – We do not use ivermectin for treatment of COVID-19 outside of clinical trials, as with other interventions that are not supported by high-quality data, consistent with recommendations from the WHO [3]. Data on ivermectin for COVID-19 are of low quality. In a meta-analysis of 16 trials evaluating ivermectin (only four included patients with severe disease), the effects on mortality, need for invasive mechanical ventilation, and duration of hospitalization were all very uncertain because of limitations in trial design and low numbers of events [46].

But hope that future studies do show that ivermectin works because we definitely need better therapies against this disease
WTF do they call this roll out of EUA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna? Aren't those not clinical trials, also?

I mean really, why do they seem to be OK with one set of trials with these injections, but seem to have no support for trials or data collected from other alternative therapeutics? It is like these guys are telling us on one hand that we are in a dire situation and all measures must be taken to protect ourselves... and then on the other hand saying, but you can only use these experimental injections, not those other experimental therapeutics. It looks shady as hell because they seem to be removing options off the table and not allowing more options to be made available.

LOL I have natural immunity. **** your vaccine. Does the fact that you decided to participate in a clinical trial give you a moral high ground for catching a different variant for which the 'vaccine' is ineffective? Oh I am sure it does in your mind.

I would not consider 72 and 280 subjects to be a reliable sample size to draw any conclusions. COVID vaxs we’re studied in half a million people
It could be opened up to a larger group if there wasn't stigma and misinformation campaign working against it.

Then of course, there is India and their use of Ivermectin. I'm sure you know they used more that 280 subjects over there... more like 240 million.

India's Ivermectin Blackout

Let us look at the burgundy-colored graph of Uttar Pradesh. First, allow me to thank Juan Chamie, a highly-respected Cambridge-based data analyst, who created this graph from the JHU CSSE data. Uttar Pradesh is a state in India that contains 241 million people. The United States’ population is 331 million people. Therefore, Uttar Pradesh can be compared to the United States, with 2/3 of our population size.

This data shows how Ivermectin knocked their COVID-19 cases and deaths - which we know were Delta Variant - down to almost zero within weeks. A population comparable to the US went from about 35,000 cases and 350 deaths per day to nearly ZERO within weeks of adding Ivermectin to their protocol.

I want to know where the money trail ends. That is what this is all about.

India is probably not a large enough sample size.

NIH director says he'll be surprised if U.S. doesn't hit 200,000 COVID-19 cases per day soon
NATIONAL INSTITUTES FOR HEALTH DIRECTOR FRANCIS COLLINS TOLD FOX NEWS' CHRIS WALLACE ON SUNDAY THAT HE'LL BE SURPRISED IF THE UNITED STATES DOESN'T BEGIN RECORDING 200,000 COVID-19 CASES PER DAY ONCE AGAIN IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS. THE LATEST DELTA VARIANT-FUELED INCREASE IN CASES HAS SHOWN NO SIGNS OF SLOWING DOWN, HE SAID, MAKING 90 MILLION UNVACCINATED AMERICANS "SITTING DUCKS FOR THIS VIRUS."
"THAT'S HEARTBREAKING, CONSIDERING WE NEVER THOUGHT WE WOULD BE BACK IN THAT SPACE AGAIN. THAT WAS JANUARY, FEBRUARY," HE SAID, REFERRING TO THE LAST WAVE OF CASES JUST BEFORE THE U.S. RAMPED UP ITS VACCINE ROLLOUT. "THAT SHOULDN'T BE AUGUST. BUT HERE WE ARE."
