When your best friend whom is a board certified infectious disease specialist with over 20 years of experience tells you how badly some doctors have acted since the pandemic started, then you take notice.

Is the medical profession as a whole like you say? No. There are great medical professionals who are doing great work. But there are also those that are doing a bad job. There are ones who are lying and acting unprofessionaly. If you want to believe that all medical professionals are acting noble and correct throughout this pandemic, then do so. But the inconsistencies and lies that have been put out since this thing began has lessened my trust in medicine.

I do agree with your first paragraph. But, I think you know by now that I'm not in that group.

Truthfully: influenza is basically non-existent for the past year and a half. But, it will return, and likely with a vengeance. RSV, croup, and other "normal" respiratory illnesses have been spreading at unprecedented rates through the summer, likely due to the isolation measures taken through last winter, which denied our immune systems their normal course.

The great people would be screaming at the top of their lungs. They aren't. The most you get is yea we should look into that. Not the crap you are claiming.

Do you think it's to make money? Bc that's false too. There is zero reason to think hospitals or doctors are covering up Covid therapeutics. They may disagree with the studies you like. But hey that's their job. Get over it. Quit smearing doctors in an off handed way. It's absolutely what you are doing .

You stating there is no reason in covering up things is disingenuous. I guess getting paid to report positive COVID cases, regardless of the test results isn’t incentives. Being paid for every ventilated patient isn’t an incentive. Being paid extra money to push vaccinations and threatening to pull medical licenses for offering alternative treatments aren’t reasons either.

Yes I will smear the doctors that deserve it. If they lie, cover things up and act unprofessional then they get what they deserve. COVID has brought a feeling of distrust amongst medical professionals for good reason. Does that apply to all? No but some for sure.

If you don’t want to acknowledge the fact that we have been lied to by doctors and medical professionals since this started then that’s on you. Like I said, I trust a man, who is a liberal and is fully vaccinated, and have known for over 40 years over you or anyone else in this board. I mean the man has spoken with and even been in meetings with Fauci. But clearly you know more so believe what you want and I will believe what I will.

I’m a search for actual numbers…..
Just in Alabama the numbers have tripled from 2 years ago. That sounds awful till you read that there have been 21 reported cases so far this year. So not really a big problem in Alabama. In a quick search I see no actual numbers for Oklahoma. I’d expect there to be reported numbers if it were a real problem.

Dr Lawrence Nassar is proof we can’t trust sports medicine doctors as they molest kids. Never listen to any sports medicine doctor as they have to be suspect since Nassar lied and committed crimes. Simone Biles told us about it so I’m going to trust that what she knows about this one scumbag has to be considered as common place behavior for many in that profession.

Just seems like if it was a real problem there would be actual numbers reported somewhere.
21 calls to poison control is up from 6 2 years ago but that’s hardly a reason to freak out. I’m still of the opinion people should not take it unless proscribed by their Dr.

Well not to be that guy , but I’ve known a few that would shock some people and I’m guessing you do also . They are just like any other profession you have the good the bad and the ones that no best regardless of who it hurts . 😉
