He's removing any choice by businesses or local entities to make choices based on their individual situations. He also removed the market from being a factor in the decision. I could understand why people supported DeSantis’ ban on employers requiring vaccination. I disagree but understand why people supported that, vaccines are irreversible. But now he’s banning employers being able to require masks, a damn piece of cloth no different than a uniform, once you clock out you take it off. Do you people oppose employers requiring closed toe shoes, long pants, collared shirts? Shouldn’t the employee have the freedom to chose what they wear at work?

A truly amazing concept that you have little knowledge of. On the one hand, a business should have broad freedoms to implement policy. On the other, you can't seem to suppress your uniparty beliefs. Just embrace them and stop worrying what people think about you.

Sorry, but a mask is different than long sleeved shirts or long pants. I worked in a place that if you came waltzing in and wore sandals and a wife beater, you were going home burned or injured in some way. Wearing a cloth covering over your face does nothing at all for a person's safety.
