How do you do a non-political Covid thread?
I don't think they're successful in keeping politics out of it but see for yourself:
Coronavirus (No politics)

I know the psychological best response. I’m asking from a perspective of letting evil run unchecked as a believer. Yes policy and polity are great but they take time. Being a Christian means being humble, it doesn’t mean being a doormat. People who do harm to innocents are warned in the Bible multiple times. I have in the past felt righteous indignation against those harming children and didn’t stand still and just let it happen. I intervened.Revenge is not justice. Revenge is visceral, lizard-brain reaction. Feels good for a while, but that good feeling requires replenishing. A new target for revenge later.
I speak from experience. I work through these feelings regularly. Hurt people hurt people.
The higher order reaction with a much longer lasting effect comes through policy and polity. Slow down, let the adrenaline pass, and find a way forward that protects the rights and opportunities of the abled and compromised equally.
I remember the verses in the Bible where Jesus politely asked the moneychangers and sellers to leave the temple.I know the psychological best response. Just because the masking has been more insidious over 2 years does not relieve those with lying mouths, and an agenda that harms children to escape their actions. Justice would be all the school boards who still support masking children to lose their seats of tenuous power and replace them with people who realize parents are the ultimate arbiter of their children’s welfare.
I’m also of the belief that ultimately any evil done to me will be dealt with by God and have lived that way for years. Standing by and watching children be harmed is not something I can abide.
The opposition is much stronger than most people understand. The bitch of this whole thing is that so many of the people we SHOULD actually be listening to are afraid to speak out because of corporate/practice/hospital system pressure. This is exactly why I've never even considered selling out to big business. Several local providers have had enough and decided that they will step up to the plate.
Part of it.Hey, @kiddiedoc
Was the Jacob’s/Zachary thing what you got wind of, or is there something else brewing as well?
Universities are the playpens of these type of bullies. It has gotten to the point where we may need to raze every last one of them and start over.UT’s. Matt Kredich. He and his wife are buddies with the lawyers that brought the suit and the wife has been involved with the lawsuit on the sidelines acting like they just randomly call her for advice because she’s an expert on things. She’s been involved in previous lawsuits against KCS as well.
