Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

I believe the vaccine has done well, especially keeping people alive and out of the hospital. But dips**ts like Clay Travis and his knuckledragger follows continue to insist the vaccine does no good.
There is plenty of evidence the side effects can be deadly or cause life long disabilities. It’s not worth it.

I was all for stopping this virus in its tracks when the vaccines came around. Little did I know that we were being played, and a lot of people will pay the price for a pharmaceutical industry on the dole. I think I'm done with vaccines for the rest of my life.

Good answer.

I'm seeing more and more of this distrust in medical advice, in general, especially with vaccine hesitancy. Several parents have expressed concern that they will "slip COVID in with the flu shot," for example.

I will say, with over 20 years of experience, that I still believe there is great utility and importance of routine childhood vaccinations. I sincerely hope that we don't see a resurgence of vaccine-preventable illness as yet another unintended consequence of such terrible policymaking and (mis)information through the pandemic.

This pandemic response will reverberate for years.

This is exactly where my thoughts have been these past few weeks. How is this going to affect the thinking of the masses in regards to giving their children the “normal shots” like TDAP, hepatitis A/B/C, MMR, etc. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a decline in the percentage of parents who allow their children to get them.

All you have to do is look at the data from other countries to see the Clay Travis knuckledraggers might not be as dumb as you think they are. Some people have the capability to look at data and form an opinion without some Crap News Network telling them what opinion they should have. Here are a couple of screenshots from today that really make it appear that the vaccine rollouts are what caused spikes in cases and deaths. Looks pretty obvious to me that the spikes amd increases in death all come after the vaccines were rolled out. This is all public data and you dont have to be a rocket scientist to read it.Screenshot_20220729-091431_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20220729-091441_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20220729-091519_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20220729-091541_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20220729-091647_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20220729-091702_Chrome.jpg

The cure worse than the disease. Especially for children.

Love, you are so cute I just wanna squeeze those little fat chubby cheeks.

Here's the chart you wanna look at, comparing per capita deaths for the US, Taiwan, New Zealand, and Australia (just plug those countries in if they're not already in the chart). This is from July 1, 2021 to the present. The last three countries had almost no prior exposure to COVID. Despite this, they've still kicked the US's ass when it comes to per Capita COVID deaths since July 2021. Other than Taiwan, which very briefly had a higher 7 day rolling average, no one comes close to matching the deaths in the US--even with all the prior exposure (and this protection) the US had from March 2020-July 2021.

When interpreting data, it's important to look at all variables. Most would be surprised to learn that the United States ranks 3rd in the world in population number over 65 (behind only China and India). This factor, failure to distinguish whether CV was the actual COD, and some egregious mistakes and treatment failures explain our high per capita death rate.

The fact that the US made it profitable for the health care industry to report anything as Covid disqualifies nearly any data compared to a single payer healthcare country. Any data from the US is suspect.

Good attemp to divert the conversation away from the charts I provided that clearly show a huge spike in each one of these countries after the vaccine rollout was introduced. You can't in any way deny this.

I didn't look, but how did places that sent out home COVID care kits (like India) with vitamins and HCQ/ivermectin fare?

And I assume Sweden is much higher than the US, with their refusal to lock down. Actually, is there anybody still alive there?
