Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

For our HC professionals - does this look like a positive test? Instructions said the "T" could be extremely faint and indeed it is. Just not sure what "extremely" means.

Symptoms - feels like head cold; gunk in sinuses behind nose. Definitely don't feel good but no fever, smell and taste intact.

I'm just getting over mine. Had a hint of fever (99*) early on with a bit of sore throat and an annoying amount runny nose which made sleeping harder for a couple nights but basically, a cold. Been at work for two days with the boss saying "Don't lick any door knobs or sneeze on the water cooler.". Other than a very slight lingering cough no biggie.

Hopefully you do no worse or even better.

I dont know about the CDC.

But if its true that CiC allowed some odd million SP/MP vaccines to go bad, then, yes criticism is warranted absolute.

In regard to ND, arent US Citizens allowed to travel vaccinated or not? I do agree at this point we are beyond that.

I had the shakes for about 20 minutes on the night of the 7th. I could not hold on to my phone or a drink. I would not even call it "chills," but clearly that's what it was. I checked my fever and was running about a degree. Then, I tested positive. I simply called the doctor, and she called in the Paxlovid. I ran a fever for a couple of days, kept it around 99 with Tylenol. I had some breathing issues for a couple of days. I have asthma, and all I know is I did not have to go to the hospital. Because of the asthma, I have an oximeter, and my doctor wanted me to check that to be sure my O2 didn't get low, which I checked that pretty often. I never saw the reading below 95. Was it because of the Paxlovid? I don't know. The stuff tasted awful, and it upset my stomach a lot. I could not get enough to eat either, massive increase in appetite. Anyway, one way I know this is different from other colds or sinus infections (which I pretty much had chronically until I went to an ENT doctor) is that my energy level is gone. I don't know if some of that is a "rebound" effect of the medicine or not, but I have no energy at all.

Edit: I have tested twice in the past week to be sure it is gone because I am a teacher and wanted to be certain, and both tests were negative. But the exhaustion just has not gone away.

All the tennis guy needs to do is go to Mexico and walk across the border and take a private plane to go play. Illegal immigration is much easier than legal immigration and you get a free ride anywhere in the country if they "catch" you. Once in New York he can actually vote, too, if he likes. Win win.

I think the point your idea logical opponents are making is that science shows the current vaccine is so ineffective against the current virus that it's silly to mandate it.
