There will be one that will show up saying how it is perfectly legal to prejudice anyone. You just chummed the waters.Okay. So where are the "private business can do what they want" crowd in here? The ones that thought it was okay for companies to force this vaccine on its employees. Are you still defending this crap with the Covid vaccine?
That business is forcing it on people too. So it's no different at all.And they're correct since people still have a choice. That's different than the govt forcing it on people.
It's not forced if the person can simply walk away. No different than if the employer requires every employee to wear a tie. That business is forcing it on people too. So it's no different at all.
They have as much right to force something on somebody like the government does. Which is zero.
So are you okay with these upcoming lawsuits these business could face over this whole fiasco?
It is forced as many people can't just simply "walk away" like you claim. No different than the government forcing our military members to get the shot. Nobody should be trying to force or coerce anyone to get medical treatment that they might be against. It's not forced if the person can simply walk away. I've always been in favor of the employer being liable if they require something that gets a person injured. No different than if that required tie mentioned above gets caught in some machinery.

*Self Important - check
* Irrelevant - check
* Finna be washed up - Oh yeah.
Pete Sampras MF!
Who can't walk away? You either accept the terms of employment or you reject them and move on. There are plenty of jobs available at all levels that require no vaxIt is forced as many people can't just simply "walk away" like you claim. Perhaps this administration was encouraging business to require the vaccine because they knew there might be lawsuits down the road. Wouldn't put it past them.
That wasn't a term of employment for many when they accepted the job. And no many people can't just move on and get another job with the same salary like you claim.Who can't walk away? yes, indeed it is. airing of grievances on social media - esp in this instance is whiny and childish. Is “self important “ supposed to be an insult?
Your entire post is pretty stupid.

I will say we had a lot of 55+ employees who did not want to get the shot and ultimately wound up leaving. In instances like that it's a pretty difficult choice to make. It would be pretty hard if not impossible to find a company in your late 50's-early 60's that's going to hire you, and you're also killing your pension in the final, highest earning years of your career.Who can't walk away? He knows what he needs to do to play. Who cares? If he was a normal person and not public figure no one would give it a moments notice.
Like Aaron Rodgers taking to SM to push his agenda. he and his hippie girlfriend could get a lot of people hurt with their bull ****.
I've worked for 3 companies of varying size and none have pensions. The jobs for experienced people are out there and stay open for a long time. People are leaving for all reasons like having to come back into the office. It's still a choiceI will say we had a lot of 55+ employees who did not want to get the shot and ultimately wound up leaving. In instances like that it's a pretty difficult choice to make. You have got to be kidding.I dont know him personally. I do think his behaviour is juvenille.
He's acting like Eric Cartman. The policy was made at a time when information was different. The virus, just like every virus in history is more transmissible, easier to spread, but not as virulent.
If the policy is bad, its bad. Truth is I agree its all over the place. But I have no impact on it or change. Ergo, I choose to go on about my day.
I still think best protection is the vaccine, and, boosters help at risk people stay off the vent. Hospitalizations are up.
Bitching about it on SM & the like is a waste of time, and dumb hence the wgas.
Okay. What data do you have that these Covid vaccines are safe for everyone and what data do you have that it will prevent Covid? If you agree that employers can force or mandate them then surely you have the data and reasoning to back it up. Let us all know.Employment terms change all the time. Either accept them or don't. That's your choice
Most could easily find a comparable job at this point. They don't want to since change is hard and there's a certain comfort in doing something for a long time. However the positions are available. I know because I was recently looking and understand the market. I actually got a good raise by switching
I literally just have an example where that wasn't the case. Your desire to completely misrepresent someone else's stance to try and prove your point is very confusing. Why do you keep asking me to prove things I've never even claimed?Okay. What data do you have that these Covid vaccines are safe for everyone and what data do you have that it will prevent Covid? It’s one of his three “debate” techniques. He’s the king of strawmenI literally just have an example where that wasn't the case. If you think it's okay for a business owner to force someone to take a Covid vaccine then it's reasonable enough to ask you for proof that it's safe and effective.I literally just have an example where that wasn't the case.
