Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

If you think it's okay for a business owner to force someone to take a Covid vaccine then it's reasonable enough to ask you for proof that it's safe and effective.

If not then you should be fully against any business forcing this on their employees.
That's not on me it's on the business. It's their choice as well

I said it's OK for the business to have the option. How they exercise that option is their responsibility

Not a strawman. You guys made the claim that it's okay so now you can back it up with data and prove it's safe. Fair enough for me to ask.
The claim is that workers enter a voluntary agreement by choice to do what the employer asks and they have to or they can find employment elsewhere. Thus why you are wrong as usual

There are still limits on what employers can ask people to do. That's why certain laws exist.

Plus it is morally wrong to force someone to get medical treatment they don't want, don't agree with or don't need.

So I take it you are okay with any potential lawsuits that could result from the Covid vaccine mandates by private businesses and corporations?

Lol. That's like arguing that I believe everyone should work night shift because I believe a company owner can have a night shift. You are making nonsensical feeling based arguments to avoid the argument actually being presented.

Just because I believe someone CAN vote for Joe Biden doesnt mean I think anyone should vote for Joe Biden. And by the same token, if that right is taken away to vote for Joe Biden it's still wrong even if i think no one should vote for him.

You have two different arguments going, maybe even three.
1. What an owner CAN do, or what they have a RIGHT to do.
2. What an owner SHOULD do.
3. What I would support an owner doing.

You can answer differently to each of those questions and be internally consistent. I am not sure why you cant make that distinction. FWIW the same three apply to what workers can do.

Employers that forced the vax on their workers will most likely have many openings in 3-5 years.
I’m not sure everyone understands that if you are in a hospital system and there are 2 other hospitals systems in the area. All 3 were going by cdc guidelines on shot policy. The “go get another job” doesn’t work with medical professionals. They could all 3 gave zero tolerance policies on shots like they do in my area.
It was like poison mentioning not being shotted up when the first mandates came out. It actually created a really crappy work environment.

Or be like in my area where you only have 1 choice because 1 system controls all the hospitals.

We had a reorg where they canned a decent chunk of people, the next week they announce a vax mandate and a bunch of people they kept put in papers to retire or said they'd resign prior to the mandate going into effect. So they started calling the people they fired to see if they wanted their jobs back. The results were.....poor.

glad I didn't seek it out.

still don't feel good but today is better than the last 3 which were pretty miserable (though still not as bad as last time I had the flu).
I am just glad they think folks "under 65" are younger... ain't been called that in a couple of months of Sundays.
