Latest news on starting QB??

First, let me say I'm a Worley supporter.

Second, one of my really good friends that I grew up with goes to UT, he has became really good friends with a player on the team. Every time I come to vist him at his apt this guy is there. He was told by this "player" that He is 75% sure that Peterman will be the starting QB and that Butch basically told Bray to enter the NFL draft because he doesn't fit his system.

(Sorry, I don't want to give out names)

edit: I wouldn't put to much in this info tho.

1. We were drunk during this convo.
2. My friend is a pathological lier. Lol

But I do know he parties a lot with a bunch of players.

Actually, according to Bray during one of his recent interviews, this is pretty much what happened. If I recall right he said that CBJ told him the Vols would emphasize the run more than passing. Then pretty much advised him to enter the draft. I think CBJ said this because Bray is pretty much what he always was, a gunslinger. Gunslingers have their place and moments but CBJ has a system and won't tolerate players who deviate or violate that system. Good as he is, TB will gamble and gamble repeatedly. So will CBJ but he is very calculating about what and how he will do it. In short, CBJ didn't want a loose canon but a QB who listens and follow through on what he's told.

BTW, Gunner Kiel is giving the Vols a serious look and is likely the silent commit to be announced at the O&W game. Not 100% sure he is the commit due to two reasons. One, the issue of his ego. Two, I think he's a ginger and the UT just doesn't seem to have much luck with carrot mops.

How?

A player on the team told my buddy that he is pretty sure that Peterman will start, and Butch told Bray to enter the draft.

Is that better?

Don't want Kiel IMO. Doesn't fit, head case.

IMO, Kiel is just fishing the UT thing with hopes of a bite elsewhere. Too much competition here for him. JMO TIFWIW

According to a lot of the reports Kiel is giving the vols a serious look but CBJ doesn't have that much interest in Kiel.

HHHHMMMMMM, I hope this is just your personal opinion with no truth behind it. With two good QBS on the team and two more coming in, and our staff thinks we need him? We have no true SEC RB on the team, we are giving snaps in practice to a walk on at RB, and the staff won't talk to Michael Dyer? WOW if they give Kiel a scolly and not even sniff at Dyer, all I can say is WOW if this is true.

Alcoholism isn't really a disease...if your buddy sneezes on your person you can pass the bottle and remain coherent...but your way seems much funner
