Honest question. How involved can former players be? Could Manning work with our qbs for example?
@DBL_L_01: Some good news on Rocky Top tomorrow stay tuned.
@DBL_L_01: It has nothing to do w/ me but Coach Jones is a man of his word.
@DBL_L_01: The fans and former players will be happy
1) Reading into this I do not think that news coming out tomorrow about a party scheduled for Tomorrow night would be tweet worthy news. Although it is a very nice event I dont think that it would really be something that would make Fans and former players happy to an extint.
2) Coach Jones is a man of his word. He made a promise that he would assemble the best staff and he does have two entry level Coaching positions open.
Out of all the former Vol greats , who would be an Offensive and Defensive player who could fill these positions that would make former Players and Fans Happy? LL tweeted that it didnt involve him so.......who you think? AL wilson & Heath Shuler?
So ray Lewis jokes are acceptable but not little jokes? They killed human beings! Tacky? Sure but who cares. No sympathy for idiots.[/QUOTE

I don't doubt that football players, and all celebrities/athletes for that, get off easy when it comes to the justice system. My post referenced nothing to that and was more focused on how being classless behind a keyboard online shouldn't just be excused.
