Manuel Delgado, 43 – an asylum-seeker from Peru who had lived in the city for less than a year – is believed to have taken his own life inside Pelham Bay Park Oct. 9 after his family found out about his alleged ongoing relationship with the teen and reported it to police, the sources said.

Investigators advised the girl to call Delgado while the conversation was being taped, according to the sources.

Read the bottom of the study where they point out that no other states tracks the birthplace and resident status of criminals like Texas...also notice that they define the study as u documented immigrants.
How many nay have come seeking "asylum" thru the app which would count as documented even tho a high percentage don't follow up..it like the crime stats that the FBI revised..look like tho migrant crime is higher when both are combined together which seems more accurate

Also, no, when you are talking about rates per 100K people, you don't get to just add them up lol. The combined rate would be somewhere between the two, not higher than both

Except if you apply it nationwide it would be different as the NyC just admitted 75% on crime in NYC downtown is from illegals..and u documented and illegal are different..most would say an asylum claim that isn't followed up loke the most..are illegals..but in this study they dont apply...it's a very limited left biased study

Nationwide wouldn't make the crime rate per 100K higher and if anything, it's the denominator that's higher than we think meaning the crime rate would be lower. Counting asylum seekers as documented rather than undocumented isn't biased or misleading at all and doesn't change a thing about the conclusion of the study when neither group was higher than U.S. citizens. You're so wedded to a narrative that you went in looking to poke holes and instead proved you don't know how logic or math work
