On August 4, Mexican national Alberto Martinez-Fidel allegedly shot another man in Montgomery, Alabama, shooting him in the back and buttocks at close range. On July 1, Mexican national Jesus Sandoval-Martinez killed Tiger Gutierrez (22) and injured another person in a drunk driving accident in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Sandoval-Martinez was not only intoxicated but also speeding, driving recklessly, and did not have a license. No I am saying the people who have abused the app. The app itself is a tool. It's how it is being abused under this admin that is treason. You knew that, but felt like trying to play gotcha. Tell me when you play this game does it make you feel better about the country being destroyed?

A migrant accused of murdering a man in Mobile County, Alabama, in August has had the charges against him dropped, a judge citing a “lack of evidence” in the case.

Paublo Maldonado, a migrant with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer lodged against him, was arrested and charged with murder after Juan Acuna was found on August 25 in the middle of a road nearly decapitated and with multiple stab wounds .

Acuna died of his injuries at a nearby hospital and a machete was recovered by police.

An MS-13 leader is on trial in Virginia for his role in a half-dozen gruesome murders over the last five years, including one in which he and his gang shot a young waitress in the face so many times that her corpse was unrecognizable.

Federal prosecutors say Elmer Alas Candray, a 27-year-old native of El Salvador, became one of the busiest killers in Virginia as he rose through the ranks of the savage gang, which is known for its horrific violence, according to the Washington Post.

But now, he’s facing the music in federal court in Alexandria, where he’s accused of murder, racketeering conspiracy and firearms charges stemming from the six killings, which left five corpses in ritzy Fairfax County, Virginia, and another in Massachusetts, the outlet said.

Sanctuary State Massachusetts: Illegal Alien ‘Got-Away’ Accused of Raping Child​




An illegal alien, who successfully crossed the United States-Mexico border undetected by Border Patrol, is accused of raping a child in the sanctuary state of Massachusetts.

Maynor Francisco Hernandez-Rodas, a 38-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, first crossed the border as a so-called “got-away” sometime before September 2011 when he was convicted in Bridgeport, Connecticut, for breach of peace.

At the time, Hernandez-Rodas was sentenced to six months in prison and one year of probation.

Then, in May 2016, Hernandez-Rodas was again convicted for breach of peace, this time in Norwalk, Connecticut, and given only a $100 fine.

In June of this year, Hernandez-Rodas was arrested in Lowell, Massachusetts, for aggravated rape of a child and forcible rape of a child. Days after his arrest, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents issued a detainer against Hernandez-Rodas, requesting custody of him.

On Sept. 4, Hernandez-Rodas was arraigned on the child rape charges. The Middlesex Superior Court ignored ICE’s detainer on Hernandez-Rodas and released him into the community on an unknown date.

Mom of Laken Riley can't hide Anguish as Illegal Migrant appears in court over nursing student's Murder​


The mother of nursing student who was allegedly killed by an illegal migrant in Georgia was brought to heartbreaking tears when her daughter's accused murderer appeared at a court hearing.

Laken Riley, a nursing student at Augusta University College in Athens, was allegedly killed by Jose Ibarra in February.

On Friday, Riley's mother, Allyson Phillips was seen getting emotional in the courtroom as she held a tissue to her mouth and squeezed her eyes shut.


At one point, Phillips was seen covering her eyes with tissues as a video played in court.

Ibarra was in court for a motions hearing ahead of his schedule trial next month. Jury selection is expected to begin on November 13.

He somberly sat in court as he wore translation headphones and a white button-down shirt.
