Lets talk Volnation App

No problem man, I never picked up on twitter nor Instgram. I never understood the reason for taking selfies or tweeting what you're eating. I'm 21 btw. So don't feel too bad. You can connect more to the football program by liking there webpages on Facebook too. I'm sure your wife will help you on that one.

Thank you....and as of today I'm twice your age! :cray:

Yeah I've only been able to get on once maybe twice a day here lately. Such is life when prepping for the move to college haha

Heard.
My first semester ( Last august) I didn't log in for 6 months. After getting accustomed to the life I can now balance work college and Volnation.

Speaking of Facebook. The App should allow you to synchronize your Facebook Profile and your Volnation Account. Give the ability to share information simply and easily from Volnation too Facebook. And let people send friend requests on Facebook to other Volnation members just by using the app. It could bring Vol fans together. Everybody could use an extra Vol fan in their lives. :)

Dang. I'm hoping to find time to stay on some. But It'll def be an adjustment. I'm just glad to still be able to plan one or two weekend trips to knoxville around school and work

Don't like that idea. Lol, that's what private messaging could be for. I have my Volnation identity then I have my personal life which I don't wanna share with some of the folks on here. I maybe in the minority on that one though.

I didn't get to attend a game last year either :(

It's rough at first but once you get the classes down and accustomed to the work load of classes it will become a breeze. What are you going to school for?

You always have the choice to decline the request or just not sync your Facebook with your Volnation account. Its just an idea. I'm sure there are more benefits than what I listed but, I'm too tired to figure out what they are. Lol I completely understand what you are saying tho and obviously there would need to be privacy settings. The user has to be in control.

That sucks. Must be quite the trip from Florida to make up there, I'd imagine. But I'll be at the University of North Alabama studying undergrad in Mass Communication. I'm hoping that it will lead to something in the sports field.

Not so much, I visited quite often while I was a young one and eventually moved down here when I turned 15. I can drive here to Knoxville in 6:30 hours on 1 stop of fuel without a GPS.

Mass communication has a wide field of jobs, Great choice

Edit: I'm going to the Florida game this year.

Yeah that's not terrible. I think I'll be going to Utah State and then Bammer with several of my crazy friends. An upset would make that trip a lot easier :) what are you studying?

I gotta feeling we pull the upset this year!

I hope you're right! That sounds very interesting. Getting to see the world through a job like that would be awesome!

It most definitely is! At my current job, I handle and care for Alligator's. I've wrote a lot of papers on em. Fascinating creatures.

Freak, don't be mad for us getting off topic. :)

College is all about time management, my friends. This fall will be my fourth year. Unfortunately though, due to transfers it won't be my last year. But not many people graduate in four years anymore unless they go throughout the summer.

I've been hoping the same thing for awhile now. At least a feature to notify you when replied to, or a post gets a "like". Maybe even show you who liked it, rather than just the number. I definitely think there is a demand. And you're right, I only open my browser for VN and Craigslist...everything else has an app.
