This +1. Been saying it way before he announced. Not a team player and does not play defense. A team player will give his all on both O and D regardless of whow well he is shooting the ball.

I know Scotty didn't live up to everyone's potential, but geez he does have a chance to get drafted. It's not like we pump out potential picks every year, ease off the kid he's a good guy.

What exactly does insulting your own players accomplish? The only one I've ever understood is Crompton.

Scotty Hopson hahaha! One of 15 Tennessee players to ever make it the Elite 8 hahaha! He was one of the starters hahaha! That guy sucks hahaha! Hilarious...

He didn't live up to the hype but he didn't exactly suck either.

lol @ people who want an Elite 8 starter gone. I hope you still feel this way if it turns out Tennessee doesn't make the Sweet 16 for another 10 years. I hope that's not the case but it's certainly a possibility.

With the way some fans talk about Hopson, let's hope recruits don't read this garbage. A lot of them will be turned off by the idea of having to play for a bunch of moron fans.

He was rated like that because of his upside. It says it right there. Had we had a coach good enough to turn that upside into legitimate production, he could be right there with them.

Nobody likes to look at that angle.
