compared to what? it's the cleanest and most lily white public transportation system in any major city i've ever seen. don't get out much do we?

Of course that's how it seems to you. You live in LA. When I rode on it, it was sketchy. That's all I can speak for.

exactly the same. meaningless game against sucky opponents. undefeated team playing a rival. can't imagine why they drew better. and btw the washington game was the worst attendance in 5 years by a wide margin. the prior 4 years we would have sold out every game in their stadium.

Here's my point...

good Oregon team vs Good team = sellout

bad Oregon team vs bad team = sellout

horrible Oregon team vs sisters of the poor = sellout

sellout...sellout...sellout

bull****

there were plenty of empty seats during their sucky seasons. they might call it a sellout, but that is garbage. and maehl man would know that if the man had ever actually been to eugene.

I'm in Hermosa.

Yes Playa Del Rey is a nice area. I frequent Jerrys Deli in Marina

Been to all of those except NY. DC metro was also sketchy. Don't know if I ever did public transportation in the Chi or Philly. Definitely didn't do public transportation in LA. SD public transportation was fairly nice.

If you have traveled all over the country how is it you have never been to a game in Oregon?

I'm not the person who makes decisions on where to visit...football season is during the school year. I'll make it out eventually to a game. I'm gonna visit EUG this summer anyway.

Sorry to interrupt, but...

I rode the DC Metro for 4 years in the early 90's back when DC was the murder capital of the world. The Metro is way safer than walking the streets or taking a cab. Its acutally nice and convenient compaired to MARTA (which has similar cars and stations, just not convenient) NYC is very convenient, but not nice stations and cars are run down

They actually made an effort to make their flight plans private. So...

Why? An act like that shows to me that Oregon was embarrassed or ashamed. They played hard in the NC game, they had a great year, why not try and let the show their appreciation upon their return. Something just doesn't add up in my mind...

This is not an attack on you, just looking for a more reasonable explanation to the lone duck scenario.

It's just how the program seems to operate under Chip Kelly. They like to keep things tight and low-key. There's a parade on the 22nd that I'm sure will be well-attended.

fair enough. If that had been TN... they'd been met with a sea of Orange and White. Just a difference i guess in programs steeped rich in winning traditions and those whose sucess is less tradition grounded and more recent.

This. If this duck rode the El on the south side of Chicago he'd need some extra underwear. No complaints here about BART. Dudes just a p.
