My point being Arizona does care about boycotts. All these points prove they do indeed care. Do they care enough to shoot down the bill? obviously not, but still doesn't mean they're not worried about potential boycotts.

Then the way I see it, the OP is correct. Who cares? AZ doesn't seem too and it looks like 16 other states agree.
