Los Angeles thinks we care

they can provide electricity from other places besides their own plants. very usual with the problems of power transportation and storage.

right, i forget... news stories aren't legit unless they support your way of thinking.

Simplistic and childish.

You should only trust news from reputable sources....you know like Dan Rather.........oh that's right, he too produced a manufactured story and tried to sell it to the public.

My point is if you don't think news stories are almost always slanted to a particular view you are naive. Many are false or completely twisted to support a particular view. The difference between you and I is that I'm aware it goes on (especially on topics like this) in every media source and am skeptical.

oh, there's no doubt news stories are usually twisted...... i usually watch fox news to get the other side of the story and for a good laugh when beck is on.

and on topics like this you're skeptical??? Translation, on topics that I disagree with i'm skeptical. the others, though, are 100 percent legit.

i see so fox news is laughable, but cnn and msnbc are unbaised. hypocritical much?

If LA is soooooo worried about the situation. Why do they not offer these people their city?

Screw AZ, why would you want to live there anyway.

They could care less about the people. Talk is cheap, take em in.

No, I realize that all news sources are slanted, some more than others, even those who may be advocates of a particular ideology or set of beliefs I adhere to. Over the years I have grown to be skeptical of all news sources and seek the slants of different sources in order to better form an opinion.

please tell me where you are getting your unbiased journalism that you are basing your opinions on.
fox news, actually. it's so incredibly stupid, the exact opposite has to be true, lol.....

seriously, though, i do watch all the networks. you know as well as i do, once your set in your ways, it's hard to change. (the whole old dog, new tricks phenom)

i am who i am because of personal experiences, largely. the same can be said for you, more than likely

Then google it. The question was asked so it would be rough to google, but anyone knowing financial markets could answer in about 5 seconds. That rules you out.

or maybe i don't want to get in a discussion with you since everything anybody ever says is wrong unless it comes out of your mouth first

Well if you have the police looking at you like that, then you must be one seedy character!

The same experiences can often lead to very different destinations.

You might check that out better, amongst other things.

Presuming anyone here is stupid enough to buy a lame response like that is idiocy. You'll get more credit by simply manning up and saying you were talking out your ass regarding energy markets. It's already clear, so just get it over with.

yeah, it's so clear, you have yet to rebuff any of my statements I made about energy other than saying "since I say so, it must be true."

I simply said the enforceable contract gibberish means you have no idea what you're talking about. You countered with more lawsuit silliness so I asked you a question about energy trading that was obvious to most but worded so you couldn't google it very easily. Bet droski could answer in a hurry or would ask a simple question for clarification and would move on.

For the record, I said the absurd contract language you were using is dead wrong. Not even close to right. How's that for refuting?

good to know... you've yet to prove me wrong...

you mean to tell me when a contract isn't enforceable, lawsuits still don't occur??? Nice try, but they still do. Doesn't mean the lawsuit has much merit, though.

What contract?
